Mindfulness meditation is a profound practice that has been used for over 2500 years by countless seekers, regardless of religion, to quiet the mind, open the heart, and to clearly see our "true nature". It teaches people how to live more fully in the present moment, how to open more gracefully to the ups and downs of life, and how to meet ourselves and others with more acceptance and love. While it may not change your life, it will change your relationship to it. Metta meditation (also called "loving-kindness" meditation), a compassion practice that complements and supports mindfulness, will also be taught in order to assist in opening the heart and mind.

Insight Dialogue is an interpersonal meditation practice. It brings the mindfulness and tranquility of silent meditation directly into our experience with other people. It draws from traditional Buddhist wisdom, but it is not a Buddhist practice in the religious sense—there is nothing about the practice that would preclude people of any faith or belief system from participating. With Insight Dialogue, we come face-to-face with core human experiences. Release from interpersonal suffering is possible.
